ARISTEIDES PATSOGLOU is an accomplished sculptor, painter, and printmaker, renowned for his extensive exhibition history both in Greece and abroad. His artistic endeavours have garnered widespread international recognition, evidenced by his numerous accolades and awards that underscoring the significance and value of his work. Patsoglou’s artistic contributions have left an indelible mark on the field of artistic creation in Greece and from Greek artists, establishing his present influential presence.
In his solo exhibition titled “Viae Memoriae,” Patsoglou invites viewers to delve into his realm of troubled memories and contemplate how people’s and many Greeks’ in particular, past experiences may shape their present and future. Through one’s immersive experience, the viewer can experience new facets of societal and political identity, re-evaluate core values and beliefs, and reflect on their role within the larger democratic community.
